Requests and Policies
Transcript Requests
Request a transcript through听听or make a direct request through Parchment Exchange, our secure transcript provider. The fee for electronic delivery of your transcript is $5 per copy; paper delivery is $5 per copy.

Go to 听 and search for “transcript request.” This will take you to the Registrar section. Follow the instructions for ordering your document.
Note: You do NOT need to log in to MyBethel to find this information, but you will need to create an account with Parchment Exchange.

Transfer and Other Credit
Transfer Credit Policies
Regionally Accredited Institutions

Any grade of 鈥淐-鈥 or better will transfer. Some programs require that only a grade of 鈥淐鈥 or higher may be used for courses in the major.
- Any grade of 鈥淒鈥 will transfer from a regionally accredited (ABHE included) institution if the cumulative grade point average from that institution is a 2.0 or greater. A grade of 鈥淒鈥 or higher may be used to meet Bethel Core requirements. The Registrar will determine which courses meet Bethel Core requirements.
- Any course meeting the above grade guidelines, but not specific Bethel Core or major requirements, will have credit transferred as elective hours.
Students transferring credit from a quarter system of study will receive 3/4 credit.
Non-Accredited Institutions
Transfer Credit Applied Toward Graduation Requirements
At least 18 hours in the major field and the last 30 hours must be taken at 大象视频听in order to earn a baccalaureate degree. For the associate degree, the student must complete at least 9 hours in the area of concentration and the last 18 hours at Bethel.
